Our commitment to ethical pricing and estimates provides transparency with no surprises. We always seek to clarify all aspects of each job and give a complete quote in advance of booking. If any unique challenges arise we will always communicate them to you up front!

Pricing & Payment Policy

We will always let you know up front if there are any changes due to the complexity of the job booked and get permission before making any changes that affect the final price.

We have a $120 minimum charge for all services calls which goes toward any services booked.

Price quotes given include labor and any materials required unless they are being purchased by the client. If requesting a light or faucet change, for example, our clients purchase the new one they want installed. We also offer a pick up and delivery service if preferred. The nature of some jobs require specific parts that must be purchased by the technician. These will be disclosed in the estimate.

Invoices are digitally sent immediately after job completion and are due within 48 hours. Any unpaid invoices are subject to a $40 late fee per month after 48 hours.

Some jobs do require on-site estimates due to the nature of the project and we will inform you if that is the case. To get a quote for those please fill out our connection form HERE.

We provide free estimates by phone or email. Estimates that need to be done onsite will incur a cost of $75. If our estimate is accepted any job over $700 will have the estimate fee waived.

Our primary service area includes anything within 20 miles of Roseville, MN. Further requests are subject to a travel fee of $0.70 per additional mile.

Transparent Pricing is our commitment to upfront labor and material costs so you can easily get an idea of what your project will cost you. You’ll pay what we tell you the cost is before scheduling the job unless there are unexpected complications which will be brought to your attention immediately so you can make the final call on any changes. We will always be upfront if any issues arise that affect the final price and you can trust our reputation for honest and respectful work.

How Do Estimates work?

Some jobs require specific information to provide an accurate quote and those can usually be given through free phone or email estimates. Occasionally onsite estimates are required. In this case there is a $75 trip fee which is refunded toward a booked service.
